WHAT ARE THE RENTAL FEES AND WHAT IS INCLUDED?

Please see rates on individual set pages on our website or call (818)595-1099. Production/Prep/Wrap Days are 13-hour days from starting at no earlier than 7am and ending no later than 11pm (rentals before 7am & after 11pm are subject to additional fees). We offer hourly rentals for a minimum of 4 hours. Included in your rental is: Stage Manager, High-speed WiFi, Air-Conditioning, 12 dedicated 20-amp circuits around the stage, water, normal trash, on-site parking, hair & makeup room, wardrobe room, 4 green rooms, conference room, kitchen access, and restrooms.

DO YOU OFFER STUDENT DISCOUNTS?

No, we no longer offer student discounts.

HOW MUCH ARE PREP/WRAP DAYS?

Prep and wrap days are 50% off the rental price and are not subject to any additional discounts or offers at a maximum of 5 days at the discounted price. Prep and wrap days only include the stage area. All offices/green rooms are an additional $100/day per room.

DO YOU OFFER LONG & SHORT TERM RENTALS OR ANY DISCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE DAY SHOOTS?

Yes! We offer discounts for multiple-day shoots. Because every production has different needs, we are very flexible with our pricing and will work with the budget of your production. To discuss your particular needs please contact us at any time for an estimate.

CAN WE MODIFY YOUR “STANDING SETS”?

Yes. The painted walls of the set may be repainted as long as your production paints the set back to the color it was previously. The set dressing may be rearranged. And some walls can be rearranged with advance notice. However, any kind of modifications that would be nailed, glued, or otherwise damaging needs to be discussed with the stage manager.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

Production/Prep/Wrap days are 13-hour days. On days that a production is not using our facility, our hours vary. When a production is using our facility, the on-site manager is available for an pre-arranged 13-hour period within 7a-11p. An on-site manager can be available before 7am or after 11pm for an additional fee.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO RESERVE SPACE?

In order to reserve a space, please contact us by filling out the booking form, call us at (818)595-1099 during normal business hours, or email us. You will need to sign the rental agreement and submit a 50% down payment as well as a security deposit in order to secure your reservation.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

If you must cancel your reservation you may do so without penalty up to twenty one days in advance of your scheduled reservation. If you must make a cancellation inside of twenty one days you will be billed: If you cancel or reschedule after 21 days and up to 14 days before the first day of production, you will be billed for 1/3 payment of the invoice. If you cancel or reschedule after 14 days and up to 7 days before the first day of production, you will be billed for 2/3 payment of the invoice. If you cancel or reschedule after 7 days before the first day of production, you will be billed for the entire invoice.

IS THERE ONSITE PARKING AVAILABLE, AND IS THERE ROOM FOR PRODUCTION VEHICLES TO LOAD IN?

Yes, we have 20 reserved parking spaces around our facility. You may park your production vehicles in front of the load-in door in the back of the facility for your convenience.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Dual Visions Stages accepts: cash, personal & business checks, cashiers check, & all major credit cards (credit card users will be charged a service fee of 3% per transaction).
